About Nikhat
Jehan Consulting is a premier organization development (OD) consultancy in Western Pennslyvania. Owner Nikhat Jehan Ghouse is an independent OD consultant as well as a facilitator with over 20 years of professional experience in libraries. Since 2016, Jehan Consulting has partnered with organizations, including regional and national associations, toward successful change and DEI initiatives related to individual and organizational growth. In addition to our significant portfolio and experience working with library and information organizations (LIOs), Jehan Consulting is open to working with all organizations.
Nikhat is an OD consultant and librarian. Nikhat received her Master of Science in Organization Development from American University, her Master of Library & Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cleveland State University. Nikhat is committed to supporting organizations in doing the work needed to become truly inclusive and highly functioning organizations.
